Questions
What time should I arrive?
Registrations open at 9 am. The room starts at 9.30 am and closes at 6 pm. Come early if you want a seat next to somebody in your line of business.
What should I bring?
Your business knowledge, a charged laptop and an open mind. Everything else is provided.
What should I wear?
Whatever you would wear to work. The room is business casual, and you will be at a table building things for most of the day.
Is there parking?
The day is at Four Points by Sheraton, Nashik, and parking is available at the hotel. The map is in the venue section above, and directions are sent to you on WhatsApp before the day.
Is food included?
Yes. Lunch, and an afternoon break. Vegetarian and Jain options are standard; tell us on WhatsApp after booking if you need something else.
What language is the day in?
English and Hindi. The Build Book and the templates are in English.
Can I bring my team?
Yes, and it is the difference between leaving with notes and leaving with something running.
Do I need to know anything about AI?
No tech skills needed. You bring the business expertise; we add the AI. If you can use WhatsApp and read a P and L, you have enough.
Will this replace me, or my staff?
It makes you and your team more powerful. You stay in command of every system you build, and your people move from doing the repeating work to directing the system that does it. Everybody gets an assistant.
Is my business data safe?
You only ever share what you would share with a trusted consultant, never bank passwords or full card numbers. Nothing goes without your approval. We cover the rules before anything is automated, and your figures are never published against your name.
Will it work for my industry?
Manufacturing, wine, education, retail, clinics, trading, professional practices and services. The systems hold across all of them; you fill them with your own facts.
Is this just another business workshop?
You already know your business better than we could. What we hand you is a set of working systems to run behind it, built in the room, on your own numbers.
What does it cost to run these after the day?
Most of it runs on free tools. Where something does carry a cost, we name it clearly during the day, in the room, so you can decide before you commit to anything.
Is this a sales pitch for consulting?
We do follow-on work, and it is explained briefly through the day as it comes up. Our offerings are already published on this site, and we are here whenever you want that help. Attendees are usually offered a special event price on the day.
Do I get a recording?
The front row seats include the recordings of the day, yours to keep. A single seat or a work table seat is the day itself, in the room.
What if I cannot make it?
Seats are transferable, not refundable. Send us the new attendee's name on WhatsApp before the day and the seat moves to them.
