Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you book a seat at AMPLIFY Nashik or a place at AMPLIFY Live through scale-guild.com. AMPLIFY is run by SCALEGUILD SOLUTIONS, operating as ScaleGuild. In these terms, we and us mean ScaleGuild, and you means the person or company making the booking. By booking, you agree to these terms.
The event
AMPLIFY Nashik takes place on Sunday 29 November 2026 at Four Points by Sheraton, Nashik. Registration opens at 9 am. The day runs from 9.30 am to 6.00 pm.
What a seat buys
One place at AMPLIFY Nashik, with the inclusions listed against the seat you choose on the booking page. A team table is six places at one reserved table, for six people from the same business, with one payment receipt issued to the company.
Prices
Prices are shown in Indian rupees, and the price shown is the full amount you pay. ScaleGuild is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. The amount is shown again before you pay.
Discount codes
A discount code must be entered when you book. It cannot be added after payment. One code can be used per booking, codes cannot be combined, and they have no cash value. A code may have an end date or a limit on the number of seats, and we may withdraw a code at any time before it is used.
Booking and payment
Book through the booking window on the AMPLIFY Nashik page. Payment is taken securely by Razorpay, by UPI, card, netbanking or EMI where your bank offers it. Any charges your bank makes for EMI are between you and your bank. A seat is confirmed only once payment has cleared.
Receipts
A payment receipt is issued to the name and company you give when you book. Please check them before you pay. If they need to change, tell us before the day.
How we contact you
By booking, you agree that ScaleGuild may contact you by email and WhatsApp about your booking and the event, including confirmations, reminders, joining details and any changes. We send news of future AMPLIFY dates and other ScaleGuild news only if you tick the separate optional box when you book. You can stop those messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or by writing to hello@scale-guild.com.
Substitutes, credit and refunds
Seats are not refundable. If you cannot attend, you may send someone in your place at no charge. Send the new attendee's name and WhatsApp number to hello@scale-guild.com or on WhatsApp any time before the day, and the seat moves to them.
If nobody can attend in your place, tell us before the day and we will hold what you paid as a credit. The credit can be used for a seat at another AMPLIFY event or against any other ScaleGuild offering. It has no cash value.
The only refund we make is for a duplicate payment. If you are charged twice for the same booking, tell us and we will refund the duplicate payment in full, to the original payment method.
If we change or cancel the event
If we move the date, your seat moves to the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, or if we cancel the event, we will hold what you paid as a credit for another AMPLIFY event or any other ScaleGuild offering. We are not liable for travel or accommodation costs.
What the day is
AMPLIFY is a working session in which you build systems on your own business with your own numbers. Outcomes depend on what you build and who runs it afterwards. Nothing on our website is a guarantee of a financial result, and the cost calculator gives an estimate from figures you supply, not a promise.
Your conduct and material
Bring only business information you are entitled to share. Do not bring passwords or customer payment details. We may ask anyone disrupting the room to leave, without refund.
Recordings and materials
The Build Book, templates and any recordings are for your own business use. Please do not resell or redistribute them.
Photography and filming
We take photographs and video on the day to record the event and to promote future AMPLIFY dates, including on our website and social media. By attending, you agree that you may appear in them. If you would rather not appear, tell the ScaleGuild team at registration and we will do our best to keep you out of shot.
AMPLIFY Live
These terms also apply when you book AMPLIFY Live, our live online session, at scale-guild.com/live. Where this section differs from the rest of these terms, this section applies to AMPLIFY Live.
The session
AMPLIFY Live: The AI That Knows Your Business is a live online session on Zoom, from 7.30 pm to 10.30 pm IST on the date you book. The waiting room opens at 7.20 pm. The date and what your option includes are shown again before you pay.
What each option buys
Live: one person’s place at the session. Live + Pack: as Live, plus the bonus pack, emailed within two working days after the session. Live + Pack + Recording: as Live + Pack, plus the session recording, emailed within five working days of the session. Each booking is for one person.
Joining
After you pay, you receive a Zoom registration link. Register with the same email you paid with, and Zoom sends you your own joining link. Please do not share it. Join from a laptop or desktop if you can (a phone also works), with a reliable internet connection and your own account on the AI tool used in the session. That tool belongs to another company: its terms, usage limits and availability are set by that company, not by us.
Sending someone in your place, credit and refunds
If you cannot attend, you may send someone in your place at no charge. Send their name, email and WhatsApp number to hello@scale-guild.com or on WhatsApp before the session starts.
If nobody can attend in your place, tell us before 7.30 pm on the day and we will move your booking to the next available AMPLIFY Live date. This credit is for that date only and has no cash value. If you do not attend and have not told us before the session starts, the booking is used.
An AMPLIFY Live booking or credit cannot be used against an AMPLIFY day seat or any other ScaleGuild offering. The only refund we make is for a duplicate payment, refunded in full to the original payment method.
If we change or cancel the session
If we move the session, your booking moves to the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, or if we cancel the session, you can choose the next available AMPLIFY Live date or a full refund.
Recording of the session
We record the session. If you turn on your camera or microphone, you may appear in the recording. We read out questions by business type and city only, never by name. Your answers to the AMPLIFY Score poll are recorded with your name and email, so that we can email you your Score and follow up on it.
What you put into your AI account
You decide what you add to your own AI account, and you are responsible for it. Do not add bank or card details, ID documents, customer phone numbers, addresses or customer lists, employee records, or a customer’s contract without their agreement.
What the session is
AMPLIFY Live is a working session in which you set up an AI tool on your own business. The tool drafts; you check and approve everything before it is used. AI can make mistakes. Nothing in the session is a guarantee of a business or financial result.
Materials
The bonus pack and the recording are for your own business use. Please do not resell, share or redistribute them.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The terms that apply to your booking are the ones shown on this page on the day you book.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
