This policy explains how SCALEGUILD SOLUTIONS, operating as ScaleGuild, handles your information when you visit scale-guild.com, book a seat at AMPLIFY, or get in touch with us. In this policy, we and us mean ScaleGuild.

Who we are

Information we collect

• When you book a seat. Your name, your WhatsApp number, your email address, your company name if you give it, the seat you choose, any discount code you use, and your answers to the two consent boxes, with the time you gave them.
• When you pay. Razorpay takes your payment. Razorpay tells us whether the payment went through, the amount, the payment method used and a payment reference. If you give Razorpay an email address, we receive that too. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• When you message us. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send, such as your name, number, business details and message. The enquiry form on our home page opens a WhatsApp message filled in with what you chose, and you decide whether to send it.
• When you use the cost calculator. The figures you enter stay in your browser and are not sent to us, unless you choose to send us your result.
• At the event. We take photographs and video on the day, and you may appear in them. If you would rather not appear, tell us at registration.
• When you browse. If you accept cookies, our advertising measurement tool records standard information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and a cookie identifier. If you arrive through one of our campaign links, the site also remembers the campaign name on your device, so we can tell which campaign led to a booking.

We do not ask for passwords or government IDs anywhere on this site.

How we use your information

• To confirm your booking, send your payment receipt, and contact you by email and WhatsApp about your booking and the event, including confirmations, reminders, joining details and any changes.
• To reply to your enquiries.
• To record the event and promote future AMPLIFY dates with photographs and video taken on the day, including on our website and social media. If you later ask us to stop using an image in which you can be clearly identified, we will not use it in new material and will remove it from our website.
• To tell you about future AMPLIFY dates and other ScaleGuild news, only if you ticked the optional box when you booked.
• To measure and improve our advertising, only if you accepted cookies.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel to understand how our ads perform and to reach business owners who may find AMPLIFY useful. The pixel sets cookies and sends Meta information about your visit.

The pixel does not run until you accept. When you first visit, a banner asks for your choice. Nothing is loaded and no data is sent to Meta unless you select Accept. If you select Decline, the pixel is not loaded. Your choice is remembered on your own device, in your browser's local storage. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser and reload the page.

If you accept, we also tell Meta about each completed booking, from our own server. We send the amount, a booking reference, your name, phone number and email in a scrambled (hashed) form, your IP address and your browser details, so that Meta can match the booking to our advertising. This happens only if you selected Accept. If you selected Decline, nothing about your booking is sent to Meta.

Meta processes this data under its own terms, set out in the Meta Privacy Policy.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the services that make the above possible.

• Razorpay, to take your payment.
• Google, whose business tools hold our booking records and email.
• Meta, for WhatsApp messages and, only with your consent, advertising measurement.
• Our website hosting provider, which runs this site.
• The venue, which receives a name list where one is needed for entry.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it. Some of these providers may store information outside India.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing contacts are kept until you withdraw consent. Enquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, and then removed. Cookie based data is kept by Meta under its own retention terms.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us for a summary of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or complete it, or ask us to delete it, and you may withdraw any consent you have given. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Questions and complaints

If you have a question or a concern about how your information is handled, write to hello@scale-guild.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 87924 79992. We will acknowledge your message within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
